One-time credit purchases

Credit packs are paid once and do not renew automatically. Purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase. Promotional credits can have a different expiry shown in your account. Review the amount due in Stripe before paying and keep your order number.

Failed and pending video requests

A confirmed failed task restores its eligible consumed credits automatically. If a source grant expired during processing, replacement credits are available for 7 days. An uncertain submission or a temporarily unavailable download remains recoverable; it is not submitted again or immediately refunded. Check the original task in video history.

Restoration does not recreate credits from a fully refunded purchase. Credits linked to a disputed payment remain on hold until the dispute is resolved. A partial payment refund limits the credits that can be restored.

Request payment support

For an unused pack, duplicate charge, missing credits or a technical delivery issue, open a support ticket with your account email, order number, payment date and a description. Do not include passwords or full card details. Requests are reviewed using the payment and credit records. A request does not automatically create a cash refund. Any approved payment refund is returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

Paid generation capacity and AI likeness are not guaranteed. Review the live availability and the exact request quote before using credits. This policy does not limit mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

Refunds and disputes

Unused credits associated with a refunded amount are removed. Used credits and already completed requests may require manual review. A dispute can temporarily restrict paid generation while account data remains accessible. If a dispute is won, eligible held credits are restored; if lost, the disputed benefits are removed.
